In addition to the standard three year warranty, all our products come with a 30 day music teacher approval guarantee. This allows you enough time to take your instrument along for your music teachers inspection before deciding if you wish to keep it.
We recognise the fact that every player is diferent and that the music teacher has to work with the student to bring the best out in their skills. If the instrument is in any way unsuitable then the students development will suffer. We are not in the business of holding people back.
All our instruments are thouroughly inspected in our Basingstoke workshop before being dispatched and warranty returns are serviced on site enabling us to offer a quick turn around on maintenance and repair issues.

Academy Wind Instruments are imported by us and sent directly to the end customer. There are no unnecessary links in the supply chain. No other retailer is in closer communication with their manufacturer. This enables us pass all of the savings on to the customer without compromising quality in any way.
SECURE CREDIT CARD HANDLING
All credit card transactions are handled by Lloyds TSB Cardnet using PROTX VSP secure credit card handling systems.
ASSISTED INSTRUMENT PURCHASE
A.I.P works on the principle that the school purchases the instrument on the students behalf thus taking advantage of the schools vat exemption. the school then passes the instrument on to the student. The student must be attending music lessons at the school and the instrument must be taken to school on a regular study basis. Its pretty straight forward. Just ask your music teacher if they operate the scheme and tell them to give us a call.
30 DAY RETURN
If you or your music teacher are not completely happy with your purchase we offer a 30 day money back return policy. Just give us a call and send it back to us in the original packaging as supplied. Items must be returned by registered mail with relevant insurance.
WARRANTY
All our instruments are supplied with a guarantee against manufacturing defects. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
DISPATCH
All our instruments are dispatched within one working day of payment. UK mainland orders placed before 1pm are scheduled for delivery on the next working day service. Non mainland and some Scottish areas are on the two working day service. If you have supplied an email address you will receive an email with your tracking information.
ASSEMBLY AND MAINTENANCE
Where assembly of your instrument is required we advise young students to ask their music teachers to demonstrate how this is done properly. Most damage occurs when they are assembled incorrectly.
