All Academy products are covered by a 3 year RETURN TO BASE warranty against manufacturing defects. In addition to this we also offer a 30 day money back guarantee that your music teacher will give your Academy instrument their approval.

This warranty is not transferable with sale.

If the instrument is found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, the instrument will then be either repaired or replaced.

Customers should be aware that instruments do need to be adequateley maintained and serviced in order to continue functioning properly.

Returned items should be posted to our workshop.
